Metered Pricing
In the Basic tier, your first 1,000 calls each month are free, so you only incur a monthly charge if more than 1,000 calls are made.
For all tiers, if you don't make any calls in a month, you don't incur any charges.
All figures on this page are subject to state and local taxes.

If, at any point during your billing period, your monthly charges total $1,000 or more, we will automatically initiate a charge. If this happens, any subsequent calls in that billing period will be charged at the per-call rate on the next monthly billing date.
- The amount charged could slightly exceed $1,000 since calls between the moment the $1,000 is reached and when Stripe finalizes your charge (about an hour) will be included.
- Stripe's minimum charge amount is $0.50. If, at the end of a billing period that contains a $1,000 auto-charge, your calls total less than $0.50, those calls will be charged on your next monthly bill.
Examples of Charges at the Essential Tier
Below are some examples of what charges you can expect based on the number of calls you make during a monthly billing period. This assumes you have the Essential tier, which costs $0.05 per call.

Billing Date
Your billing date occurs once a month on the day of the month you set up your Stripe account through our developer portal. If you create your account on the 31st, it will default to the last day of the month for months with less than 31 days.
For example, if a Stripe account is set up on Jan 31st, the next billing period starts Feb 28th (or 29th in a leap year).

View and Manage Billing Information
We use Stripe to manage our metered billing. To view and manage your billing information, you can access the Stripe customer portal via the Trilliant Health developer portal under Billing > Manage Billing Information.
The Stripe customer portal allows the following actions:
- View upcoming invoices
- View enrolled plans
- Cancel enrolled plans
- Update payment methods
- Update billing information
- View invoice history
