If you're interested in exploring one of our premium tiers, fill out the Contact us form, and someone from Trilliant Health will contact you to start a discussion.

Set Up an Account

If you decide to proceed, our team member will let you know when to expect an email from [email protected]. Follow the “click here” link within the email body to start signing up.

Even if this is your first time signing up, you’ll land on the Change Your Password screen. Enter a password and click Reset password.

Sign-In to the Home App

After you receive a success message, navigate to the Home App at home.trillianthealth.com and sign in using your email address and password.

Success!

You’re now in the Trilliant Health Home App, where you can access your Products.
